What do you do at TwinFitness?
I manage the supplement business at TwinFitness: communicating with manufacturers and distributors, tracking in-studio inventory and sales, as well as communicating with clients.
What influenced you to become a trainer?
I fell in love with strength training in high school during track season. I loved discovering how it influenced my body’s performance on the track, as well as in dance. This all led to researching nutrition methods used by athletes and my curiosity and passion for health and fitness has never ceased since.
What special elements, skills, or talents do you bring to TwinFitness clients?
I was a client myself before joining the staff at TwinFitness. I can relate to our clients by sharing my own experiences.
Why do you enjoy working at TwinFitness?
I love that I can combine past work experience with my love for health and fitness. It is nice to work in an environment with such strong, positive, smart women who share the same values and passion for helping others.

Where and when was the most amazing sunset you have ever seen?
I have seen many beautiful sunsets, but the emotion I am feeling and who I am sharing the view with are what make them amazing.
What trend from your childhood do you wish would come back?
Scrunchies. Didn’t even have to think about that one. I wear one every day, so if they were just fashionable again, that would be great.
Who would be the best person to be stuck in an elevator with?
My husband. I was once stuck on an elevator for two hours in the middle of the night with 11 people. Needless to say, I take the stairs whenever possible. I don’t think anyone could keep me as calm as he could if we were stuck. Plus, he is just really fun to be around
Time freezes for everyone but you for one day. What do you do?
Probably surround myself with my loved ones so when time thaws for them we are all together.
What is the best way to stay motivated and complete goals?
Working with the most amazing staff and clients! I see them working hard and reaching their goals every day. Very motivating.
What is the most comfortable piece of clothing you own?
I have a bright blue tank with teal writing that says “Scream and shout and sweat it all out”. It is a well-loved/worn-out tank top that is soft, does not have a tag, and is long enough that I don’t have to wear pants (not to be worn in public). It’s perfect! I wear it all the time around the house and can never seem to part with it when I am cleaning out my closet.
