What do you do at TwinFitness?
I am a private and small group personal trainer. I also teach small group classes, a, a nutrition coach, and an online personal training coach.
What influenced you to become a trainer?
A passion of mine has always been health and fitness. I absolutely love what I do and feel honored that my clients put their trust in me to guide them through their fitness journey.
What special elements, skills, or talents do you bring to TwinFitness clients?
My training credentials encompass many aspects of fitness including muscular strength/endurance, flexibility/functional training, and core stability. I have experience in training individuals with various health concerns such as obesity, arthritis, diabetes, heart disease, hypertension and chronic back pain. I have also worked with pregnant women as well as individuals training for numerous running events. I am an avid runner and enjoy helping fellow runners achieve their performance goals.I enjoy working with people of varying fitness levels and assisting them to adapt a healthy, balanced lifestyle.

What is the best way to stay motivated and complete goals?
Define your purpose for achieving a certain goal. Develop a plan to achieve the goal and take it one day at at time.
