What do you do at TwinFitness?
I teach Bikini and Figure competitor posing classes and individual training sessions. I also manage Elite Coaching programming which involves everything from organizing competitions to making and fitting custom designed suits.
What special elements, skills, or talents do you bring to TwinFitness clients?
I have dedicated my life to the study of movement and dance. My dancing career started with the study of classical ballet and I excelled not only in technique, but in stage presence and performance. After 20 + years of ballet, I eventually found and fell in love with salsa dancing, which focused on different footwork, hip movement, and styling. I have spent years studying and teaching salsa, and salsa has become one of my favorite pastimes.
Why do you enjoy working at TwinFitness?
TwinFitness is a family environment. We care about each other and we enjoy spending time with each other outside of the studio. Each trainer brings her own special talents and experience to the team, which creates a very diverse training environment. I also love that we specialize in women: we know how to accommodate women’s fitness needs, and we work well with other women.
What is your most important accomplishment?
Spring of 2016, I opened my own business, Sassy Classy Suits. Sassy Classy Suits delivers custom, hand-crafted bikini and figure suits, and I partner with TwinFitness to offer special services to TwinFitness Elite Coaching clients.

The Leopard: a quiet, contemplative strength drives my passions. My talents and creativity come alive at night!
Where and when was the most amazing sunset you have ever seen?
I witnessed the most beautiful sunset over Tenaya Lake, which is an alpine lake nestled in Yosemite National Park. There was snow on the pebbled beach, and I watched, in the still reflection of the lake, the sun dip behind the silhouette of a mountain range.
What trend from your childhood do you wish would come back?
Jellies sandals. If I could have one in every color, I would!
Who would be the best person to be stuck in an elevator with?
I would love to be stuck in an elevator with Albert Einstein. I am still fascinated that his theory of special relativity was so accurately described almost 100 years before scientists were even able to produce viable evidence to support it.
Time freezes for everyone but you for one day. What do you do?
Netflix and chill. Do calories count on that day? I would eat a jar of Trader Joe’s Cookie Butter.

I have a pair of Sorel boots that freakin rock! I wear them with everything, even around the house. They keep my toes nice and warm, and protect me from ice, snow, and sludge.
