Don’t Let Toxins Keep You From Getting The Fitness Results You Desire

We all know that toxins are bad, and toxins are everywhere.   1. Move – simply exercising and getting your body moving is a simple way to release toxins. Sweat, sweat, and more sweat cleans out the pores and gets things going. One more reason to exercise.
  2. Drink more water (especially if you are following suggestion number 1 of moving and sweating). Pure water is a another simple way to detox. Try consuming at least 80 oz. of pure water each day. Try squeezing an entire lemon in 8 oz of water first thing in the morning before you eat or drink anything else. Do this every morning. This is one of the cheapest and most powerful detox methods there is.
