The struggle is real! We know it, because we have all been there. You have an off week, and the time comes to do your weekly check-in with your Elite Coaching (bikini or figure competition-prep) coach. It’s tempting to skip out on the check-in during a week like this. You are certain next week will be different, so why not wait and check in after you have a better week and have stayed on plan more consistently?
What if this isn’t the case? What if you had a great week following your plan, but now you are crunched for time? To save time you consider skipping your check in. Consider this instead – if you were able to fit in workouts and meal prep (which take up much more time than checking in with your coach), there really aren’t many excuses for not completing your weekly check in!
We understand how hard it is to check in with your coach when you haven’t stayed on your plan. We also understand that life gets crazy, and you get so busy that skipping your checking in seems like the one thing you can omit that won’t impede your progress. As coaches we need you to know that your weekly check in with your competition training coach is of the utmost importance! Whether you have had a great week, or a horrible week following your plan, your weekly check-in is imperative! If you are extremely busy, communicate with your coach about your situation. We are here to help you succeed! We pride ourselves at being the best coaches in the industry. We are happy to work with you, but it’s hard to work with you if you do not communicate what is going on to your coach.
