Hormones… what every female needs to know!
Ok ladies, about 3 years ago, at the age of 38, my sister and I felt our body’s changing… for the worse! We thought to ourselves, “We are way too young for this!” We have always worked out, ate clean, and lived a healthy lifestyle. However, we started to see cellulite on our quads (front of your legs), our hamstrings (back of your legs), and our triceps (back of your arms).
