Getting our Elite Coaching Team ready for the stage requires the perfect combination of nutrition, exercise, and posing practice. While nutrition and exercise are key to getting in shape, posing is what sets a competitor apart on the stage.

We offer posing coaching both in person and online.

What to expect:

  • Expert guidance to lead you to the stage with grace and confidence
  • Socialization with other like-minded, goal-oriented women.
  • Female companionship, encouragement, and support.
  • Mental preparation.

One-On-One Posing Sessions

 

To ensure complete confidence while showing off your hard work on stage, TwinFitness Elite Coaching offers one-on-one posing sessions. Our expert coaches will work with you individually to critique and perfect your stage walk, front and back poses, and pose transitions.

General Posing Information

  • Posing class is 45 minutes of guided instruction. Competitors are welcome to stay after class to practice on the stage and in front of the mirrors.
  • Posing coach and competitors will follow along with the TwinFitness Elite Coaching Mental Prep Guide.
  • Posing coach will advise competitors on posing in four key areas:
    • Footwork
    • Shoulder and hip placement
    • Styling
    • Stage Presence
  • Posing coach will advise competitors on presentations in five key areas:
    • Stage walks
    • Front pose
    • Back pose
    • Side stage poses (right & left)
    • Transitions
